We executed a feasibility study and master plan on infrastructural projects (roads and railways, etc.) in Korea and overseas for public transportation (subway, BRT, LRT, bus, etc.) green transportation (walking, bicycle, ITS, etc.), and integrated transportation planning. The results from the study impacted large scale traffic developments and private sector projects for everyone to be transported safely and conveniently.
The transportation planning team will present an effective and practical integrated solution with foremost value placed on the users and environment based on the diverse range of transportation means.
PF project for the Pangyo Composite Estate in Seongnam (Alpha-dome City) is the largest PF project among all the PF projects executed in Korea and involves construction of mixed commercial and residential buildings, department store, hotels, office buildings, etc.
The transportation planning team was put in charge of the transportation planning and acquisition of permits and approvals. It managed to minimize the adverse impact of the PF project on the traffic by reviewing the traffic problems to propose improvements for the entire project site as well as for individual buildings.
