The Songsan Green City is a new urban center being established in the general regions of Namyang-eup and Songsan-myeon of Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi-do, Korea with the schedule for completion by 2022.
As the first residential estate development project by the Korea Water Resources Corporation, the establishment of new residential culture estate is planned for the realization of the environment-friendly green city. In addition, for the purpose of the establishment of characteristic tourism-type commercial and cultural space of Songsan, a large scale theme parks including the Korean Wave Contents Theme Park and Water Park, Character Hotel and Outlets will be developed on a total of 4.2 million square meter of land on the eastern part of the Songsan Green City.
