Once the Sasong Bogeumjari Residential Estate project in Yangsan is completed, foundation for the masterplan for the long-term development of Yangsan City with the initial goal of a total population of 500,000 by 2030 will be established along with a birth of new urban center with total of approximately 40,000 residents in Dong-myeon, which is in close approximately of Yangsan new city (Mulgeum-eup). Moreover, 2 Yangsan Railway Line Stations of the Busan Urban Transit will be constructed in the project site of Dongmyeon New City, thereby establishing Bogeumjari Residential Estate with the effect of promoting the development projects in the surrounding areas.
