This project involves on the preliminary and detailed design services for the highway construction from the multifunctional administrative city to the Jungang IC(Section 1). It is being constructed to facilitate the people who will move into the residential developments and relocation into Sejong City, the multifunctional administrative city. It also improves the accessibility to the main cities and other administrative cities throughout the country. Therefore, it is a highly important road serving as a gateway to the multifunctional administrative city.
Currently, this road is commonly used for connecting the administrative city with the Jeonang IC of Cheonan~Nonsan Expressway. It plays the role of the axis of metropolitan transportation that improves the mobility and accessibility as the multifunctional administrative city in the capital region and Chungcheong region.
