Research Objective :
Korean Highway Bridge Design Code (Limit State Design) developed for the purpose of the advancement of the design and construction technology for cable-supported bridge
Characteristics of the Developed Technology
Korean Highway Bridge Design Code (Limit State Design) ; Designing of cable-stayed bridge by applying the new design code for cable-supported bridge
Design of prototype cable-stayed bridge with the main span length of 1,200 m
The relevance of the design concept will be represented as the form of design guideline and the applicability and cost effectiveness of the proposed design technologies can be demonstrated as the form of prototype designs for the feasible construction sites in Korea
Verification of the new design code by the comparison with the existing design standards and overseas design standards
The applicability and economic efficiency of the proposed design guideline and the developed technologies are estimated by comparing the products between the baseline and enhanced designs
