If I have qualification certificate as engineer or professional engineer, are additional benefits given?

In the case of newly recruited staffs, engineer’s qualification certificate (civil engineer, etc.) will receive additional points of approximately 10%~15% during the resume screening. In addition, experienced staffs with professional engineer’s qualification certificate will receive additional points during the resume and interview screening.
