Is there a probation period?

There is no separate probation period for either of the new recruits and experienced recruits. However, new recruits will initially be employed as an intern and will become a full-time permanent employee after the completion of internship (3 months).

 

What is the probability of the interns whose status is converted into full-time permanent employees?

Although there is no fixed percentage, status of all the interns will be converted into full-time permanent employees unless the results of the work perfromance is extremely poor or grounds for disqualification occur since interns are recruited for the purpose of full-time permanent employment from the start.
(As a reference, the conversion rate into full-time permanent employee for the newly recruited personnel in 2020 was 100%.)
