Project Name: Civil BIM of Hwaseong Campus S3 project
Location of Project: Within the General Industrial Complex in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do
Scale of Project: 17 semiconductor manufacturing lines of the Hwaseong Manufacturing Plant of Samsung Electronics (valued at 2.25 trillion Won)
Areas of application of BIM:
Ground Work (organization of the land): Generation of topography and confirmation of cutting and filling up of land for the roads to be newly constructed by using 2D data
Ground Works (paving works and auxiliary facilities): Visualization of the 3D geometry model of 2D Data
Underground Works (rainwater and waste water): Clash detection between the pipelines to be newly installed or between the existing pipelines through 3D geometry model
Underground Works (water supply and MEP): Clash detection between the pipelines to be newly installed or between the existing pipelines through 3D geometry model
Establishment of Library: Manufacturing of library for each of the frameworks used in the Project
